Through a partnership with the Center for Digital Storytelling, CCCC created this inspirational and educational video filled with 20 short stories produced by residents and staff members of Colorado nursing homes.
You’ll see that today’s nursing homes are places where people are living, thriving and growing. The accompanying discussion guide allows the videos to be used for staff education or resident and family discussion.
