Committees

CCCC has committees to further the CCCC movement. Please consider being involved to spread the work of the CCCC.

Executive Committee

Chair: Beth Irtz, email
The Executive Committee is responsible for overseeing the operations, performance and efficacy of the board and the organization. It is responsible for owning, maintaining, and updating the strategic plan.

Education & Program Development Committee

Chair: Corinne White, email
The Education & Program Development Committee is responsible for the development of strategic programs aimed at education, inspiration, and revenue generation. Much of this committee’s work falls under Priority 1 of the strategic plan.

Public Policy Committee

Chair: Bob Hogge, email
The Public Policy Committee is responsible for promoting culture change and CCCC’s work through legislative channels. Much of this committee’s work falls under Priority 2 of the strategic plan.

Fundraising Committee

Co-Chairs: Debby Ahrens, email, and Lynette McGowan, email
The Fundraising Committee is responsible for monitoring and implementing the Development Plan. This committee is broadly responsible for Priority 1 of the Strategic Plan.

Board Development Committee

Chair: Lynette McGowan, email
The Board Development Committee is responsible for strengthening the continuity, performance and effectiveness of the board. The committee recruits and nominates new board members, and evaluates the performance of individuals on the board as well as the board as a whole. Broadly speaking, this committee is responsible for Priority 3 of the strategic plan.

Communications Committee

Chair: Amelia Schafer, email
The Communications Committee is responsible for developing the organization’s brand and key messages, and marketing its programs. This committee is broadly responsible for Priority 2 of the strategic plan as it is concerned with messaging and public relations.

Outreach & Partnerships Committee

Chair: Shari Ward, email
The Outreach & Partnerships Committee is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, providers, consumers and related businesses within long term care. They are also responsible for the development of the statewide network and relationships with other culture change organizations nationwide. They are broadly responsible for Priority 2 of the strategic plan as it is concerned with engaging stakeholders.
